Update to Projects happening in Edmonton

As we have announced earlier the Bangladesh PressClub Centre of Alberta (BPCA) is preparing two local projects for the Mother Language Initiative, a publication issued by BPCA, and an event program to be held on International Mother Language Day 2015.

We have updated our event program details, which has been joined by the Bangladesh Heritage and Ethnic Society of Alberta (BHESA), and we have added additional events held by two other organizations, the Bangladeshi Students Association at University of Alberta (BSAUA) and the Bangladesh Canada Association of Edmonton, who are organizing events in honor of the celebration of Mother Language Day here in Edmonton, Alberta.

We are looking forward to a rich and colorful program here in Edmonton as we celebrate the linguistic and cultural diversity of our communities in an effort to build peace and understanding between all nations and ethnic groups in our civilization.

Come and visit us at our base event taking place at MacEwan University on February 21st, beginning at noon, 12.00 PM.

Find more details about our base event, the program and all the other events happening in Edmonton at our Projects in Edmonton page.
